Countrywide Accident Assistant (CAA) is the market leader in providing a total outsourcing claims solution for fleet operators and insurance companies
We manage the full life cycle of a claim from initial First Notification of Loss through to settlement. Our cutting edge, web based, Claims And Repair Accident Tracking system, (CARAT), allows our clients to track the progress of all claims and repairs in LIVE time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We put quality and total customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do. We are a developing business and acquire clients through reputation. CAA currently employs around 40 staff but we are always looking for excellent people to join our expanding team.
