An Outbound Recruitment person is required to conduct structured telephone interviews for applicants that are applying to work within the bank or call centres. There is a set interview guide that you will have to use to ask competency based questions and probing the applicants to get the information that you need to make an informed decision on each applicant. Each interview lasts around 30 minutes you will then spend around another 30 minutes writing your report and grading the applicants. You must have some form of recruitment or HR experience and have an excellent telephone manor.
