Due to our ongoing expansion, we now have exciting opportunities with our Repair Management Team (RMT) for Repair Management Team Handlers. The RMT are the first point of contact for our clients and provide the highest levels of customer service and support.
You will liaise with our suppliers to arrange recovery or repair of vehicles when they have been involved in an accident. You will then manage the repair process of the vehicle, updating our customers every step of the way. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers for queries and will liaise with both internal and external contacts to source information.
