Business Manager / Senior Sales Executive Peterborough



Are you an experienced sales oriented Business Manager with an excellent knowledge of the Automotive industry? Or a keen Sales Executive looking for that next step in their career?

We are currently recruiting for one of the most successful retail car dealerships in Peterborough, they are looking for an enthusiastic Business Manager to join their friendly and successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

*To achieve maximum sales profitability of finance and insurance products
*Work closely with vehicle sales team in planning, forecasting and revising plans
*Establish and maintain strong links with financial institutions and lenders
*Ensure the implementation of the sales and referral process
*Work with sales specialist to ensure customer awareness of product range
*Responsible for handling all complaints and dissatisfied customers in a professional and effective manner
*Coach and assist sales staff to ensure that full range of products are offered to customers
*Review monthly sales and performance and put related tasks into place to turn around under performing areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a world recognized brand and also to work for a large group of dealerships. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £15,000 with an exceptional commission structure.

Key Requirements:

*Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is essential, either sales or business manager
*Be able to work over 7 days
*Have excellent knowledge of car finance, retail sales, insurance and other related packages
*Be confident at handling customers of all levels and at times in difficult situations
*Be able to present figures and performance related issues to senior staff
*Have excellent communication and organisational skills.



Motor Trade experience is essential.
