| You may have noticed that we’ve been going through some changes lately. Our Crown Office branches are now brighter, more open and offer more choice. Instead, you’ll enjoy a friendly working environment and the training you need to develop your career with the UK’s largest retail and financial services chain The Role As an Financial Services Specialist you will be selling Savings products, Insurances and Credit Cards and other financial services products as they are introduced. You will hold quality conversations with customers and ensure they receive an outstanding level of service. To help do this we will offer comprehensive training and in branch coaching and support to ensure you become outstanding ambassadors for Financial Services in the Crown Office network. A Financial Services Specialist will need to enjoy interacting with customers and will learn to establish customer needs by skilful questioning and engagement with the customer and then presenting the Financial Services options that best meet these needs and closing the sale. It is envisaged that you will be spend the majority of your time customer side, however you may occasionally be asked to support other areas as directed by your Manager. Subject to the branch meeting their threshold targets, then depending on your personal sales, you will have the opportunity to earn £1k or £2k pa on top of your base salary. You will also have the opportunity to earn personal commission whilst contributing to the overall Branch bonus pot. Have an aptitude for sales and are passionate about achievement of both personal and branch goals Can demonstrate an effective sales record Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum plus achievable bonus of up to £2,000 per annum.
