Specialising in Insurance solutions to businesses within the Hospitality industry, due to continuing growth, this leading Broker is looking to recruit another Account Manager.
You will provide specialist Account Management to Commercial Clients owning and running Pubs, Guest houses, Hotels and Restaurants and work with a strong network of Tourist Boards throughout the UK as well as many specialist publications.
This is a busy environment with considerable Client contact so you will need to be a confident communicator and able to prioritise your own workload to meet often competing deadlines.
Part of the growth of the department has been built on their strong marketing which results in high levels of enquiries and new business but also the prospecting they successfully complete.
You will have a good Insurance background, knowledgeable across most Personal Lines business classes and ideally some awareness of Commercial, but most importantly have a sales focus and drive to continue to work hard and to develop as the business grows.
You will have the ability and credibility to confidently discuss Insurance issues on a face-to-face basis, although it is essentially an office based role, and the maturity to operate in a professional and independent manner, managing your own priorities and renewals.
Also you will have the desire to continue to learn and potential to develop while delivering excellent service to existing customers and successfully developing new ones.
