Must have formal catering qualification B-Tec / Degree group trainer skills and intermediate food hygiene. Catering /Bar management experience in a senior role. Duties include assisting head of departments with co-ordination and planning activities. Improve budgeted cost of sales through effective & material costs are efficiently controlled, ensure guest satisfaction is attained & maintained by offering the highest standard of guest care. Ensure all staff are fully trained and comply with all legal standards, attend briefings and company meetings. |
