An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rewarding company working as part of a team within a positive and lively office environment. If you are looking for a customer service role where you can provide outstanding customer service, exceed all expectations and progress within the company then this may be just the role for you. We are looking to recruit 2 customer sales/service team members. You will ideally possess a good level of English and an outstanding telephone manner, have an eye for detail and are accurate in all aspects of your role. Knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential and knowledge of Access is desirable. Your main duties will be: • Liaising with customers about the product range (full training given) • Logging all customer enquiries and requests • Contacting suppliers to book customers requests • Dealing with any complaints effectively and efficiently • Corresponding with customers via email, letters and telephone • Up selling the products wherever possible to maximise sales PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS TO START 1ST SEPT 08 AND IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT THROUGH UNTIL DECEMBER 08 HOWEVER THERE MAY BE A POSSIBILITY OF A PERMANENT POSITION BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. ANY SALES EXPERIENCE WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE. |
