Working with one of the largest social care providers in the UK you will be responsible for their specialist dementia service in Suffolk. As part of this large organisation, you will be responsible for the day to day running of this home. This will include staff recruitment and retention, to include supervision, appraisals and disciplinaries as well as organising the rotas. In addition, you will be expected to deal with all pre assessments and risk assessments of residents as well as liaising with other health care professionals to include, social services, GP\'s, Social Workers and resident families.
There is also the possibility that you may be able to take on responsibility for the development of a new service within the home so they are looking for someone with good business development skills.
