Our Client is looking for an experienced Claims Handler to deal with the day to day handling of a variety of claims, negotiating with insurers, and providing excellent support & advice to Clients.
You would also establish and develop strong positive relationships with your Commercial Clients.
Applicants should have:-
1. Claims experience - ideally motor
2. Positive & proactive attitude to customer service.
3. Ability to manage time, prioritise work, work under pressure and complete multiple tasks effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, both internally and (above all) in client–facing situations.
5. Self motivation and be a good team player.
This company offers a fantastic benefits package including 25 days holiday increasing to 30 with service.
