- Full Description:
Due to growth within the Estate Management Section at the University of Essex we are looking to fill two, permanent, full-time positions. The posts will involve leading, managing, motivating and training a large team of cleaning staff to ensure that agreed standards of cleaning are maintained. As part of the supervisory team the postholders will ensure all health and safety, quality and equipment checks are completed. Previous experience in a similar job is essential.
