Fantastic opportunity in Hadleigh to work with teenagers and young adults with learning disabilities and challenging needs. You will help to enable them to live in ordinary housing and achieve a fulfilling lifestyle. You will be providing a supportive service meeting all of the children's and the parent's needs
The ideal candidate will be able to work shifts with some overnight stays, assisting in the development of each individual. Liaising with others involved in the care planning, e.g. parents, social workers, schools and GP
The ideal candidate will possess a firm but fair character with a bubbly and caring personality. Patient and extremely open minded and able to deal with physical duties. Excellent communication skills essential.
