COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
18 Month Contract – 18½ Hours per Week
£14,980 - £18,948 pro rata pa plus PRP
This position provides essential administrative support to the Housing Support Team, within our Community Development Division.
As the successful postholder you will respond to incoming inquiries from the public on their housing situation. You will input housing information onto our integrated computer system, collate statistics, maintain records and provide cover for the busy team.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to deal effectively with difficult customers, and ideally some understanding of housing issues.
