An expanding Broker with major European Clients is looking for another confident French speaker to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will handle an allocation of claims, validating them in line with policy cover determining liability, recovering any outlays made from liable parties.
Managing your own caseload of work you will effectively proirtitise your workload to meet all set service level agreements and targets.
Full training will be provided to enable people with confident language skills to pick up the claims handling process.
This is a role where you will be communicating directly to overseas Clients, helping them to resolve their claims issues.
Key competencies:-
• Fluent French speaking skills.
• Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships and provide good customer care to the client and consignees
• Good administration skills – planning, organisation and prioritizing
