This large, successful and friendly dealership is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Advisor within Estimator experience to work within their busy workshop. This company prides themselves on offering unrivalled customer service. You must have motor trade estimating experience, be Audatex certified.
This is an excellent position, offering lots of progression and an opportunity to work for a main dealer that will reward you for your dedication and hard work.
Your duties will include:-
Receiving incoming calls from both retail and trade customers
Estimating costs using Audatex
Identifying the relevant parts and advising on the cost and availability
Ensuring stock levels are kept to a sufficient level
Re-ordering of parts
Raising invoices and taking and taking payment
