This successful and professional company based in Essex requires an epxereinced Service Advisor to work within their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fantastic company and earn an excellent salary.
Your duties will include:
Greeting and meeting customers
Gaining authority for additional work that needs carrying out
Booking vehicles in and advising on the time taken for repairs
Ensuring all deadlines and targets are achieved
Taking customer payments
Dealing with any queries and complaints
Raising job cards
Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, motor trade experience and knowledge of the Kerridge system.
