    Our Client in Lowestoft, Suffolk requires a Part Time Admin Support Worker to join their expanding team.
    Purpose of the position is to provide a range of secretarial and administration tasks pertaining to the provision of support to staff for projects.
    Duties will include: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to staff at all projects. Typing of letters, reports, memos and minutes for the Project Managers. Devise/develop/maintain efficient, confidential filing and administrative systems for papers and computerised materials to enable projects to progress effectively. Prepare relevant finance information for Project Manager. Recieve, record, bank rent/benefits relating to shared houses/support lodgings, reporting issues arising to staff and Senior workers on a regular basis. Provide Reception duties and assisting with arrangements for meetings. Prioritise and delegate work effectively. Participate in appraisal scheme. Participate in Team Meetings.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS: RSA Level 2 or equivalent. Word Processing & Excel skills. Good presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with other agencies and consumers. Ability to organise and prioritise work load and delegate where necessary. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively both as a team member and on own initiative. Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Equality and Diversity within the work setting.
    HOURS: Part Time hours between a Monday and Wednesday. Temp to Perm contract for suitable candidate.
    All Candidates MUST have a Current CRB Certificate.
