Our Client is seeking a Company Customer Service Assistant to work in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Duties will include but will not be restricted to the following: Deliver a high quality of service, discussing issues with customers, providing training and ensure follow up actions are completed. Ensure stock on customers premises is correctlu utilised. Set up and carry out stock checking program to agreed schedules. Maintain stock records, compose letters and arrange charges for stock losses or abuse. Review customer activity prior to site visit. Count stock on customer site, identify any training or stock management issues that need further attention. Prepare schedules of results. Prepare stock adjustment or changing of paperwork for approppriate departments. Work as a member of the service team to ensure customers are satisfied with the service levels.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Able to interact well as part of a team working with staff in the office or customers on their premises. Be able to communicate at all levels. Be able to assess a situation and act accordingly. Competent in Micrsoft Word & Excel and willing to learn the Companies bespoke systems. Ability to compose letters that communicate stock check results to customers. Able to demonstrate attention to detail and carry through stock checks and service issues dealt with to completion. Knowledge of Norfolk & Suffolk would be an advantage. HOURS: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm with hour for lunch. Perm Contract.
