You will be working as part of a team cooking around 530 meals a day from a menu, dealing with general stock rotation and up keep of the kitchen, as well as serving some of the food.
The work will be 39 hours a week between 6.30am and 5.30pm on a shift pattern, working any 4 days out of 7.
You will need to be open minded. Diverse and flexible within the work environment, and be able to work well as part of a team.
Qualifications needed: Catering 706 level 1 + 2, Basic food hygiene certificate and intermediate/advanced food hygiene preferable.
