Automotive Receptionist Motor Trade Job - Essex

A Professional Motor Trade Main Dealership based in South Essex is looking to recruit a professional and articulate Meeter/Greeter/Receptionist.

This role requires an individual with fist class communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a friendly team. Working in a busy environment you must also possess excellent multi-tasking skills. This is a varied role including:

To greet and welcome all visitors to the company
Answering & directing all telephone calls always in a pleasant & professional manner, when required
Ensuring that the reception area is presentable at all times
To prepare the boardroom before meetings and to clear it afterwards
Organising the provision of items that may be required for meetings/presentations
Ensuring that the post is dispatched daily and sorting the incoming mail
General ad hoc duties
